Wow, Chinese crab was my very, very favorite; every year no matter how expensive it would be, I ate them as many as possible. However, I have never eaten any of Chinese crabs every since I came to U.S. 12 years ago. I would be scared if any crabs died, but I ate alive-cooked ones with my enjoyment and passion 12 years ago. However, I eat alive-cooked American crabs once in a while. In my state, it is the state law, stores can only sell male-crab. Any one dare to catch and sell female-crab is against our state law. I think this moral and reasonable.
