Marking my words, politically, any politician has his/her ups and downs.  Song ChuYu is a sophisticated politician, and he deeply understands sometimes, leaving can be the best way of coming back in power politically.  Therefore, don't worry, Song will be back in power soon.  "Men" were born as political animals.  Hopefully, Song will not turn this politics into a social circus.
