    一个城市做好是应该的，做不好是应该指出问题的。 每一个城市都应该成为最佳城市最适合人类居住。 没有必要挑一个出来讲。 这个题目有“妒忌”的味道

    We visited Toronto last Oct, the city is not as good as we thought. Generally people are friendly. but city council's traffic planning is terrible.
