我要人權！---60歲老人的求助信

我叫李淑良是中國大陸山東省蓬萊市人,在蓬萊市劉家溝鎮劉家溝村有一處房屋(合法房產)兩面臨街，有很好的商業價值。2004年底村幹部找我要買我的房子,說村裡要搞開發。我們的觀點是開發可以,但必須拿出合法的手續.村委根本沒有任何手續,協議自然沒有達成。2005年5月25日中午，在沒有任何授權和任何手續的情況下，村幹部以村委的名義趁我不在家強行把鎖破壞，將屋內財產搶走（我回來阻止也無濟於事）後，我一個60的老只能眼睜睜的看著他們用各種機械車輛，將房屋推倒剷平。就這樣在任何國家都受保護的合法房產，在我們這裡有錢有權的人想拆就拆，想佔就佔！！沒有半點人權可言！

我從此走上了漫長的維權之路！本來認為政府和法律會維護我的人權，但是我錯了！在這四年裡我給有關部門寫的信和網上投訴大約一百多次（有記錄可查），走訪過的部門不知多少會。打官司，案子轉過三處法院（歷史上從未有過）一個事實清楚證據確鑿的案件至今兩年沒有判決（本應六個月結案）。

四年間，在我房屋原址（村幹部強買不成的情況下）的前半部分已經蓋起了一棟商鋪給村幹部的親屬使用，後半部分全部做空地。到現在我才明白，為什麼村委會不強買別人家的房屋，只強買我家的房屋！那是因為我家的房屋價值高，被村幹部的家人看好。

在四年間的時間裏，維護權力的行動從未停止，相信政府相信法律但是換來的是一次又一次的失望。現在我才明白在，有錢有權勢的人大白天搶劫卻不用承擔任何風險，並且能找到各種藉口。我不知道"人權最好時期"的理論從何而來？在這裡如果我們生活在社會底層的人並且有某樣好東西，而又被某個有錢有權的人看好，就無法逃脫被搶劫的惡運，而我們卻毫無辦法。因為即使你到處告狀，也不會有人理睬。在這裡就是以強欺弱，沒有公平可言。因為制度和法律只是約束弱勢人群，而有錢有勢的人根本不用遵守法律和制度。 看中國網站 禁止建立鏡像網站 。
