我要人权！---60岁老人的求助信

我叫李淑良是中国大陆山东省蓬莱市人,在蓬莱市刘家沟镇刘家沟村有一处房屋(合法房产)两面临街，有很好的商业价值。2004年底村干部找我要买我的房子,说村里要搞开发。我们的观点是开发可以,但必须拿出合法的手续.村委根本没有任何手续,协议自然没有达成。2005年5月25日中午，在没有任何授权和任何手续的情况下，村干部以村委的名义趁我不在家强行把锁破坏，将屋内财产抢走（我回来阻止也无济于事）后，我一个60的老只能眼睁睁的看着他们用各种机械车辆，将房屋推倒铲平。就这样在任何国家都受保护的合法房产，在我们这里有钱有权的人想拆就拆，想占就占！！没有半点人权可言！

我从此走上了漫长的维权之路！本来认为政府和法律会维护我的人权，但是我错了！在这四年里我给有关部门写的信和网上投诉大约一百多次（有记录可查），走访过的部门不知多少会。打官司，案子转过三处法院（历史上从未有过）一个事实清楚证据确凿的案件至今两年没有判决（本应六个月结案）。

四年间，在我房屋原址（村干部强买不成的情况下）的前半部分已经盖起了一栋商铺给村干部的亲属使用，后半部分全部做空地。到现在我才明白，为什么村委会不强买别人家的房屋，只强买我家的房屋！那是因为我家的房屋价值高，被村干部的家人看好。

在四年间的时间里，维护权力的行动从未停止，相信政府相信法律但是换来的是一次又一次的失望。现在我才明白在，有钱有权势的人大白天抢劫却不用承担任何风险，并且能找到各种借口。我不知道"人权最好时期"的理论从何而来？在这里如果我们生活在社会底层的人并且有某样好东西，而又被某个有钱有权的人看好，就无法逃脱被抢劫的恶运，而我们却毫无办法。因为即使你到处告状，也不会有人理睬。在这里就是以强欺弱，没有公平可言。因为制度和法律只是约束弱势人群，而有钱有势的人根本不用遵守法律和制度。 看中国网站 禁止建立鏡像網站。返回正版看中国网站。
